Quality leadership can be hard to find – and afford Joan Blair earned her accounting degree and spent more than a decade leading financial operations as Controller and CFO for organizations of all sizes. Throughout her career, she saw a recurring challenge: small and growing businesses,especially non-profits desperately needed high-level financial guidance, but couldn't justify a full-time CFO salary.
Driven by this insight, Joan built Monarch CFO & Bookkeeping to deliver executive-level expertise in a flexible, affordable way. Her experience spans building accounting systems from the ground up, preparing for rigorous audits, managing accounting teams, leading QuickBooks migrations, and managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
